3. Packaging and Documentation:

• Sellers are responsible for packaging products according to standard industry practices or as specified in the contract with the buyer.
• Sellers must provide all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills, to facilitate the buyer’s transport process.

4. Payment Terms:

• Sellers must issue invoices in line with the agreed Purchase Order and ensure buyers make full payment before the release of goods.
• Payment should be verified by the seller before the buyer collects the goods from the premises.

5. Product Quality and Liability:

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products meet the quality standards specified in the product listing and are free from defects.
• If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect after delivery, sellers must cooperate with EPCeMart and the buyer to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund as per the return policy.

6. Compliance and Regulation::

• Sellers must ensure that all products comply with applicable laws, including those related to GST, transportation, and product safety.
• Sellers are responsible for generating and providing all regulatory documentation necessary for the lawful transportation and delivery of goods.

Buyer Terms and Conditions:

The following terms govern the purchase of products or services on EPCeMart. By placing an order or making a purchase through EPCeMart, the buyer agrees to the following terms:

1. Order Placement:

• Buyers must ensure that all information provided during the order placement, including product specifications, delivery address, and contact details, are accurate.
• The product must be inspected and accepted before dispatch, and there must be no cancellations.
• Once the order is placed, it is considered a formal commitment to purchase, subject to EPCeMart’s cancellation policy.

2. Purchase Order (PO):

• Buyers must issue a Purchase Order (PO) to EPCeMart specifying product details, quantities, and agreed prices.
• POs must be clear and aligned with the product listing on EPCeMart. Any discrepancies may cause delays in order processing.

3. Payment Terms:

• Buyers are required to make full payment before the release of goods, as per the agreed- upon payment terms stated in the Purchase Order and commercial invoice.
• Payment methods include cheque, wire transfer or any other payment method accepted by EPCeMart's third-party payment processor.
• Any delay in payment may lead to delays in product shipment or cancellation of the order.

4. Delivery Terms:

• EPCeMart follows EXW (Ex Works) delivery terms for domestic deliveries unless otherwise specified. Buyers are responsible for picking up goods from the seller’s premises and handling transportation.
• Buyers assume all responsibility for logistics, including insurance, handling, and compliance with interstate or intrastate transport regulations.

5. Receipt of Goods:

• Upon receipt, buyers must inspect the goods and notify EPCeMart of any discrepancies, including damage or incorrect products, within 24 hours.
• Buyers must ensure all required regulatory documentation, such as the e-way bill, is in place during transport.

6. Compliance and Regulation:

• Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any regional compliance requirements related to the purchase and transportation of goods.

7. Liability:

• EPCeMart and the Seller hold no liability for the product once it has been accepted by the Buyer and delivered in accordance with the agreed terms. Any issues arising after delivery are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Steps for EXW Delivery for EPCeMart within India

1. Agreement: Both parties agree on the EXW terms and specify the named place for pickup within India.

2. Notification: EPCeMart informs the buyer when the goods are ready for pickup at the Named place

3. Pickup: The seller arranges for transportation and picks up the goods from the named place.

4. Transport: The buyer takes care of the transport, including loading, shipping, and unloading at the destination.

5. Regulatory Compliance: The buyer handles all intra-state or inter-state compliance, including necessary documentation like the e-way bill.

6. Delivery: The buyer ensures the goods are delivered to the final destination within India.

7. Receipt of Purchase order from Buyer

Key Considerations for Domestic Deliveries

• Cost Control: EXW terms place minimal responsibility on EPCeMart, making it cost- effective for the seller.
• Risk Management: The buyer assumes all risks and costs from EPCeMart’s premises onwards.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents are provided to avoid delays during transportation.
• Insurance: Buyers should consider insuring the goods during transit to mitigate potential risks.
• Compliance: Both parties must be aware of and comply with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, including the generation of e-way bills for inter-state transport.
• Purchase Order: Buyer and seller shall ensure Proper Purchase order is issued and received for order execution

Intellectual Property:

a) The content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of EPCeMart India Private Limited or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.
